Package Details:
This offer is sponsored and subsidizsed by Marriott Vacation Club International of Japan, Inc. (“MVCI Japan”) as a marketing effort for the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace vacation ownership program. Package includes accommodation for 4 days/3 nights in a Guest room at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel for a maximum of 2 adults, inclusive of daily breakfast for 2 adults(“Package”). Guests may opt for additional bedding in the room to accommodate up to 4 adults.
An extra person can stay for JPY 3,000 per night per person, extra bed(s) included, up to 2 extra persons/beds. No additional bed charge for children under 6 years old (maximum 1 child under 6 years old). The maximum occupancy is 4 adults and 4 children under 6 years old. Children over 6 years old are regarded as adults. Extra person fees are settled at the front desk upon check-in. Blackout days include 26Feb 2024; 27 Apr 2024 – 5 May 2024 and 28 Dec 2024 – 31 Dec 2024.
Qualifications:
The Package is designed for married/de-factor couples with a joint annual income in excess of US$75,000, both aged between 28 – 65 years of age. Attendance at a sales presentation about the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace vacation ownership program lasting approximately 90 – 120 minutes is required. It is a condition of the Package that couples travel and attend the presentation together. If you or your spouse/partner or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, you will be charged the full retail cost of the package which will be specified in the “Pricing” section hereafter.
Pricing:
The Package price is US$349 and all applicable fees will be charged in US dollars. The full retail cost of the Package is up to US$1,200 per Package and is based on current price at the time of print which is subject to change without notice. An additional $50 high season charge is applicable per each night stay during high season, which is 22 Mar 2024 – 4 Apr 2024 and 13 Jul 2024 – 31 Aug 2024.
Package Validity:
This offer expires 31 July 2024 and is subject to availability. Travel must be completed between 1 September 2023 and 22 December 2024.
Restrictions:
One package offer may be selected, per family, and no groups. The purchase of any of this package does not earn Marriott Bonvoy® Points unless otherwise specified. Additional nights, if available, will be charged at the seasonal rate. Airfare, transportation and additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest. Package price is non-refundable and Package offer is non-transferable. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only reschedule their travel dates once. Subsequent reschedules will be subject to a fee of US$59. Cancellation, no-shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 30 days prior to arrival) will result in forfeiture of the Package. Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. This Package is not available to directors, agents, representatives, officers and employees of MVCI Japan and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members. This Package offer is a marketing campaign sponsored by MVCI Japan and does not include Marriott Bonvoy elite member benefits such as early check-in, late checkout, complimentary room upgrades, guaranteed lounge access or complimentary breakfast. Those who have participated in a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation within the past 12 months or have an upcoming vacation preview package or other package offered by Marriott Vacation Club International are not eligible for this Package. MVCI Japan reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of offer.This programme is void where prohibited by law.
Other Conditions:
A major credit card is required for check-in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package you select at the time you purchase the Package. This Package include room and tax charges only unless otherwise specified and subject to availability at time of reservation confirmation. An email confirmation is required upon check-in at the hotel. Reservations are on a space available basis; advance booking required. Reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club and must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival.
