JW Marriott Singapore Hotel South Beach (“Singapore Package”).
Singapore Package plus 15,000 Marriott Bonvoy points is sponsored and subsidized by MVCI Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd (“MVCI AP”) as a marketing effort for Marriott Vacation Club, Asia-Pacific vacation ownership program. Singapore Package includes accommodation for 2 nights in a premier room for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 children below 12 years old at JW Marriott Singapore Hotel South Beach with daily breakfast for 2 adults, subject to availability at time of reservation confirmation. No check-in on Sunday & Monday. Blackout dates are 1 January 2025, 28 to 31 January 2025, 2 to 5 October 2025, 24 to 25 December 2025 & 30 to 31 December 2025.
Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens (“Bali Package”)
Bali Package plus 15,000 Marriott Bonvoy points is sponsored and subsidized by PT Indonesia MOC Services (“PT Indonesia”) as a marketing effort for Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace vacation ownership program. Bali Package includes accommodation for 3 nights in a one-bedroom apartment for a maximum of 4 guests at Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens, Bali. Alternate accommodations of comparable value may be used in the event Marriott’s Bali Nusa Dua Gardens is not available. A high season surcharge of USD$75 per night is applicable for stays on peak season. No check-in and check-out on Silent Day (29 March 2025). Package also includes breakfast for 2 adults each morning.
High Season Dates
MVCI AP and PT Indonesia are collectively referred to as “MVCI”.
Singapore Package and Bali Package are collectively referred to as “Packages”.
Qualification:
These Packages are designed for married couples or de facto couples both aged between 28 – 65 years old, living together, who are homeowners with a joint annual income in excess of US$75,000. Those who purchased a Singapore Package are required to attend a sales presentation about Marriott Vacation Club, Asia‐Pacific vacation ownership program, and those who purchased a Bali Package are required to attend a sales presentation about Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace vacation ownership program lasting approximately 90 – 120 minutes during the use of the accommodation and during those hours made available by MVCI. The sales presentation will be scheduled at a sales gallery or sales preview centre for a time during the Package visit and may be conducted by an affiliate of MVCI, except that such presentation will not occur on the day of arrival or the day of departure and is subject to availability. It is a condition of the Package that couples travel and attend the presentation together. If you or your spouse/partner or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, the full retail cost of the Package will be payable. The full retail cost of the Package is specified in the “Pricing” section.
Pricing:
The Bali Package price is IDR 5,400,000 and the Singapore Package Price is S$499. All the applicable fees will be charged in Indonesian Rupiah for Bali Package and Singapore Dollars for Singapore Package. The full retail cost of the Bali Package is up to IDR 16,000,000 per package and the Singapore Package up to S$1,200 per package and is based on current price at the time of print which is subject to change without notice.
Expiration:
Offer expires 31 December 2025 and all travel must be made within 12 months of purchase date.
Restrictions:
This Package is limited to one per household. Group purchases or travel (coordinated groups of family/friend travel over the same time period) are not permitted. Additional nights, if available, will need to be booked via the hotel website at best available rate. Airfare, transportation, and additional expenses are your sole responsibility. Packages are non-refundable and this Package offer is non-transferable. A flat fee of IDR 5,00,000/ S$50 fee will apply to any changes in or cancellation of a reservation after travel dates have been reserved. Cancellation of a reservation within 14 days of arrival date and no-shows will result in forfeiture of the package. These Packages cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. These Packages are not available to Marriott Vacation Club members/ owners, directors, agents, representatives, and employees of MVCI and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members. Those who have previously participated in a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation within the past 18 months or have an upcoming vacation preview package or other package offered by MVCI are not eligible for these Packages.MVCI reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of these terms and conditions. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of the offer. This programme is void where prohibited by law.
Other Conditions Applicable to the Packages:
A major credit card is required for check-in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package you select at the time you purchase your package. These Packages include room and tax only unless otherwise specified and subject to availability at time of reservation. An email confirmation is required upon check-in at the resort. Reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club and must be made a minimum of 14 days prior to arrival. The Marriott Bonvoy points will be awarded to only one participant and cannot be split. The Marriott Bonvoy points will be credited to your account within 6 – 8 weeks after completion of the sales presentation. Participation in Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programme is subject to the terms and conditions of the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty programme https://www.marriott.com/loyalty.mi.
