1. This lucky draw (“Draw”) is organized and sponsored by Marriott Vacation Club International of Japan, Inc. C/O Asia Business Center Co., Ltd. Marudai Bldg 301, 14-5, Ekimae-Honcho, Kawasaki-ku, Kawasaki-shi, Kanagawa, 210-0007 (“MVCI”) and is open to all residents of Japan, except employees of MVCI and their family members, employees or staff of any third party partners and agencies (including, without limitation, any external auditor(s)) who are directly involved, in the organization, promotion or conduct of the Draw).
2. The qualifying period for the Draw is from 12:01 a.m. on 1 October 2024 to 11:59 p.m. on 30 September 2025 (the “Qualifying Period”), both dates inclusive.
3. Members who download the Refer and Share App (the “App”) and provide a referral through the App will receive one (01) entry in the Draw for each referral provided during the Qualifying Period. Members will also receive an additional fifty (50) entries and US$50 Maintenance Fee credit for each referral who attends a 90-120-minute sales presentation about a Marriott Vacation Club vacation ownership programme (“Sales Presentation”) with MVCI or its Affiliates during the Qualifying Period and an additional five hundred (500) entries for each referral who becomes a member of a Marriott Vacation Club vacation ownership programme with MVCI or its Affiliates during the Qualifying Period.
4. The following are the prizes to be given away for this Draw – There are TWELVE (12) prizes (“Prizes”) to be won throughout the Qualifying Period, and one (1) prize will be awarded each month. The cut-off date of the Draw is on the 1st of each month and one (1) winner will be drawn on the 10th of each month (“Draw Date”) from the pool of valid entry. Each winner may choose one (1) of the following four (4) prize options below:
5. For the Marriott Bonvoy Prize Option, you must be a Marriott Bonvoy member to receive the 32,000 Marriott Bonvoy points. Use of Marriott Bonvoy points is subject to the terms of use at Marriott Website https://www.marriott.com/loyalty.mi . Marriott Bonvoy points will be credited to your account within 6-8 weeks upon announcement of winners. The total value of 32,000 Marriott Bonvoy Points is US$400 in retail value.

For the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Prize Option, you will receive a one-night stay in a standard room (double occupancy) at the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel in Maihama, Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture. Room rate plus taxes and service charges are included. Room is subject to availability. Prize does not include transportation from the winner’s home to the hotel and back, taxes, fees, and other expenses (including, but not limited to, airport taxes, personal expenses during the trip, food, and correspondence), which are the responsibility of the winner. MVCI will make all hotel accommodations arrangements. The total value of this Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Prize Option is up to US$400 in retail value, which varies depending on the timing of travel and other factors.
7. For the Maintenance Fee Credit Prize Option, US$400 Maintenance fee credits will be credited to your account within 6 to 8 weeks from the Draw Date. The credit will be applied to your next due and outstanding maintenance fee obligation, which may be for the usage year after next. In the event accumulated maintenance fee credits acquired during a calendar year reach 100% of your next due and outstanding maintenance fee obligation, the remaining balance of your maintenance fee credits will be applied to the following year’s maintenance fee obligation. Maintenance fee credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. In the event that you sell your Timeshare Interest(s) and are no longer responsible for any future maintenance fees, any unapplied maintenance fee credits accumulated will be forfeited immediately. Maintenance fee credits cannot be applied to past-due or delinquent maintenance fee obligations. The maintenance fee credit does not apply to any special assessments that may be levied by the local jurisdiction, and/or billed separately.
8. For the Marriott Gift Card Prize Option, you will receive a US$400 Marriott Gift Card within 6 to 8 weeks from the Draw Date. Use of the Marriott Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions at https://gifts.marriott.com/terms.html. 9. Winners will be selected randomly by a computerized system https://namepicker.net or https://wheelofnames.com/ which will be managed by the Marketing team from among all eligible entries received. The Draw will be conducted at Marriott Vacation Club International of Japan, Inc., Izumi Garden Tower 4F, 1-6-1 Roppongi, Minato-ku, Tokyo 106-6004 Japan (the “Venue”). MVCI has the right to change the Venue and the Draw Date at its sole discretion.
10. Winners will be notified by email within seven (7) days from the Draw Date. Winners must claim the Prizes within 30 days from the date of notification in accordance with these terms and conditions and any requirements set out in the email, or be forfeited. In the event that you are unable to, or choose not to, claim or accept your Prize after 30 days from the date of notification, you shall forfeit any and all claims to the Prize. All unclaimed Prizes shall be retained or disposed by MVCI at its absolute discretion. MVCI shall not be required to reimburse or compensate you for any unclaimed Prizes.
11. For each referral who has attended a Sales Presentation, the referring Member will receive a Maintenance fee credit of US$50. Maintenance fee credits will be credited to the Member’s account within 4 to 6 weeks after his/her referral attends the Sales Presentation.
12. Winners shall agree that MVCI may disclose and publish their names and any other particulars (including photographs) in any manner it deems fit for publicity purposes and the winner(s) agree to cooperate with and participate in the activities organized by MVCI for these purposes.
13. MVCI shall not be responsible for any consequences including but not limited to loss of life, injury to person and/or damage to property arising from or in connection with the Draw.
14. MVCI may from time to time in its absolute discretion decide on the eligibility for participation in the Draw.
15. MVCI reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions stated above without prior notice.
16. All participants in the Draw expressly and irrevocably authorize and consent to MVCI disclosing information regarding their particulars to the parties involved in the organizing, promotion and conduct of the Draw or any party at MVCI’s discretion.
17. As an integral part of providing the participants services in support of this Draw, the personal data provided by the participants in connection with this Draw will be processed and stored in the country in which it is collected and may also be transferred to our offices in the United States as well as other MVCI international offices. 18. By participating in this Draw, participants will be deemed to have read and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions and all amendments, additions, replacements and modifications hereto as may be made from time to time by MVCI.
19. These Terms and Conditions are subject to, governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any illegal or unenforceable provision will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and will not affect the continued operation of the remaining provisions.
20. By providing your personal data, information collected through this Draw may be used in the operation and marketing of MVCI’s products. Participants may receive via e‐mail or SMS, promotional news, services updates and other information about MVCI’s products. Participant may choose, at any point, to unsubscribe from these mailings by sending us an email at mvcioptout@mvwc.com.
21. MVCI’s decision on all matters pertaining to the Draw is final. No further correspondence regarding the Draw, or any decision made by MVCI will be entertained. MVCI reserves its absolute rights to determine an outcome and act as it deems fit in any dispute and/or issues relating thereto.
