Package Details:
This Package is sponsored and subsidized by MVCI (Thailand) Ltd (“MVCI”) as a marketing effort for Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace timeshare plan. A major credit card is required for check-in. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package at the time you purchase the Package. This Package includes room and tax only unless otherwise specified. An email confirmation is required upon check-in at the property. Reservations, changes, and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club at the reservation hotline number at least 14 days prior to arrival, and is subject to availability. Reservations are on a space available basis, advance booking required.
Qualification:
Attendance at a sales presentation about the Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace timeshare plan lasting approximately 90 – 120 minutes is required during the use of the accommodation and during those hours made available by MVCI. The sales presentation will be scheduled at a sales gallery or sales preview centre for a time during the package stay except that such presentation will not occur on the day of arrival or the day of departure, and is subject to the sales presentation slot availability. It is a condition of the Package that married couples attend the presentation together. If you or your spouse or both of you choose not to attend the presentation, you will be charged the full retail cost of the package which is specified in the email you received.
Surcharge and Blackout Periods:
A surcharge of up to US$200 per night may be applicable during holiday and special event periods. Package is not available during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Easter Day, Labor Day and Chinese Holiday Week.
Package Validity:
Travel must be completed within 12 months of purchase date.
Restrictions:
This Package is limited to one per household. Additional nights, if available, will need to be booked via www.marriott.com at the best available rate. Airfare, transportation, and additional expenses are your sole responsibility. Package price is non-refundable and Package offer is non-transferable. Cancellation, no shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 14 days prior to arrival) will result in a cancellation charge of the full retail price of one (01) night’s accommodation (up to US$500). Reschedules will be subject to a fee of US$35. The purchase of this Package does not earn Marriott Bonvoy Points unless otherwise specified. This package offer is a marketing campaign sponsored by MVCI and does not include Marriott Bonvoy elite member benefits such as early check-in, late check-out, complimentary room upgrades, guaranteed lounge access or complimentary breakfast. Marriott Bonvoy members may apply your 10% member discount at selected food and beverage outlets. Please check with reception for specific details. This Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or existing Marriott Vacation Club package or sales presentation appointment. This Package is not available to employees of MVCI and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members and guests that have attended another Marriott Vacation Club tour and sales presentation within the last 12 months. MVCI reserves the right to add, delete or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of the offer. This program is void where prohibited by law.
