Package Details:
This Package is sponsored and subsidized by Marriott Vacation Club International of Japan, Inc. (“MVCI”) as a marketing effort for a Marriott Vacation Club Destinations™, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace or a Waikiki Kalakaua vacation ownership program. A major credit card is required for check-in and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is an advance purchase package and your credit card will be charged the price of the Package you select at the time you purchase the Package. These Packages include room and tax charges only unless otherwise specified and subject to availability at time of reservation confirmation. An email confirmation is required upon check-in at the hotel. Reservations are on a space available basis; advance booking required. Reservations, changes and cancellations must be made through Marriott Vacation Club and must be made a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival.
Qualification:
This Package is designed for married couples with a joint annual income in excess of US$100,000, both aged between 28 – 65 years of age. Attendance at a sales presentation about a Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace or a Waikiki Kalakaua vacation ownership program lasting approximately 90 – 120 minutes is required to qualify for this Package. The sales presentation will be scheduled at a sales gallery or sales preview centre for a time during the Package visit and may be conducted by an affiliate of MVCI, except that such sales presentation will not occur on the day of arrival or the day of departure, and is subject to availability. It is a condition of the Package that married couples travel and attend the sales presentation together. If you or your spouse or both of you choose not to attend the sales presentation, you will be charged the full retail cost of the package which is specified in the email you received.
Restrictions:
One package offer may be selected, per family, and no groups. The purchase of any of these Packages do not earn Marriott Bonvoy® Points or room night credits unless otherwise specified. Additional nights, if available, will be charged at the seasonal rate. Airfare, transportation and additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the guest. Package price is non-refundable and Package offer is non-transferable. Once the travel date is confirmed, guests may only reschedule their travel dates once. Subsequent reschedules will be subject to a fee of US$59. Cancellation, no-shows and late reschedules of reservations (less than 30 days prior to arrival) will result in forfeiture of the Package. If traveling by air, your flight information is required 45 days prior to arrival to secure your accommodation; failure to do so may result in your reservation being cancelled or placed on a waitlist. Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. This Package is not available to employees of MVCI Japan and its affiliated companies and their immediate family members. This Package offer is a marketing campaign sponsored by MVCI Japan and does not include Marriott Bonvoy elite member benefits such as early check-in, late check-out, complimentary room upgrades, guaranteed lounge access or complimentary breakfast. Those who have participated in a Marriott Vacation Club sales presentation within the past 18 months or have an upcoming vacation preview package or other package offered by Marriott Vacation Club International are not eligible for this Package. MVCI Japan reserve the right to add, delete or vary any of the terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in withdrawal of offer. This programme is void where prohibited by law.
