Can I use my existing Marriott Vacation Club online account credentials to log in to the app?

  • Yes, your existing Marriott Vacation Club online credentials will also log you in to the app.

Who will be able to access and log in to the app?

  • Although the app is accessible to all users, the following Marriott Vacation Club® Members will be able to view vacation details and membership information:
  • Marriott Vacation Club Members of Weeks and/or Points
  • Marriott Grand Residence Club®, Lake Tahoe
  • The following Owners/Members do not have in-app access to membership information but can review this information through their dedicated Member website:
  • 47 Park StreetSM, Grand Residences by Marriott®
  • Marriott Vacation Club, Asia-Pacific Members
  • Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Australia Members
  • Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Gardens, and Bali Nusa Dua Terrace Members
  • The Ritz-Carlton Club Members

Can a logged-in user make a membership or rental reservation in the app?

  • A logged-in user cannot make a membership or rental reservation in the app at this time. However, a logged-in Member can use the app to view points and/or weeks balances and start planning vacations.

Why should I opt in for push notifications?

  • Push notifications will provide you key information for your upcoming stays and helpful resort details. In the future, additional alerts and important reminders will be sent out via push notification, as well.

How can I access my reservations in the Marriott Vacation Club app?

  • To access your upcoming reservations in the app, log in using your Marriott Vacation Club online account credentials. Tap the “Reservations” tab on the bottom toolbar, and your reservation should appear.
  • If you will be a guest on property, first create a Guest Account in the app. After the Guest Account has been created, tap the Reservations tab and select “Set Your Stay.” A drop-down menu containing each Marriott Vacation Club resort will appear. Locate and select your resort in the menu. Then confirm the dates you will be on property.

How can I review my membership in the Marriott Vacation Club app?

  • To access your membership, log in using your Marriott Vacation Club online account credentials. Tap the “Membership” tab on the bottom toolbar, and your points and/or weeks portfolio should appear.

Does the app require an internet connection?

  • Yes. Most functions and features require a mobile or Wi-Fi connection to use the app.

How do I enable biometric login?

  • Please remember to enable biometric authentication in your device’s settings before activating it on the mobile app.
  • Once your device’s biometric authentication has been set, you will be prompted to use your biometric signature whenever you log in.
  • If you decline to enable your biometric signature in the app, you can activate it later by visiting the app’s “Profile” and “Tools” sections.

Why do I need to update the app?

  • Keeping the app up-to-date lets you enjoy the latest features and improvements as they arrive, ensuring you get the most out of your app experience.
