Package Details:

This pacakge is sponsored and subsidized by Marriott Vacation Club International of Japan, Inc. (“MVCI”) as a marketing promotion for Marriott Vacation Club Destinations™, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace vacation ownership program. The package includes a 4-day, 3-night stay at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, accommodating up to 2 adults in a guest room with daily breakfast for 2 (“Package”). Guests may opt for an extra bed in the guest room, accommodating up to 4 adults at an additional charge.

Additional guests are charged JPY 3,000 per person per night (including extra bed), with a maximum of 2 additional persons/beds. No additional charge for children under 6 years old (up to 1 child). Up to 4 adults and 4 children under 6 years old can stay. Children aged 6 and above are charged as adults. Additional guest charges are settled at the front desk upon check-in. Blackout dates include 27 -31 December 2025. Peak season requires an additional US$50.

Qualification:

This Package is available to married/ de-facto couples aged between 25 to 65 with a combined annual income exceeding US$75,000. Attendance at a sales presentation about Marriott Vacation Club Destinations, Bali Nusa Dua Terrace vacation ownership program, lasting approximately 90-120 minutes is required. The sales presentation will be conducted during the package visit period at a sales gallery or preview center, except that it will not occur during arrival or departure days and subject to availability of presentation slots. It is a condition of the Package for both spouses/ partners to attend the sales presentation. If either of you or both spouses/ partners choose not to attend the presentation, the full retail cost of the Package must be paid. Detailed costs are described in the “Pricing” section below.

Pricing:

The Package price is US$349 for a 4-day, 3-night stay in a guest room at Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel, and all applicable fees is charged in US dollars. The full retail price of this package is up to US$1,000, based on current room rates at the time of printing, subject to change without notice.

Package Validity:

This offer expires on 31 March 2025 and is subject to availability. Travel must be completed by 31 December 2025.

Package Restrictions:

One package per household, not valid for groups. This offer is valid only for Marriott Vacation Club members and specific guests invited to this offer. Unless otherwise specified, this package does not earn Marriott Bonvoy points. Additional nights of stay (if any) will be charged at seasonal rates. Flights, transportation, and additional expenses are the responsibility of the guest. Package fees are non-refundable, and the package offer is non-transferable. Once the accommodation dates are confirmed, guests may change their stay dates once, with a fee of US$59. Cancellations, no-shows, or changes made within 30 days of arrival will render the package void. This package cannot be combined with any other offers. Directors, executives, agents, representatives, employees, and immediate family members of MVCI and its affiliates are not eligible for this package. This promotional offer by MVCI excludes Marriott Bonvoy Elite member benefits such as early check-in, late check-out, room upgrades, lounge access, or free breakfast. MVCI reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any terms and conditions at any time. Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in the withdrawal of the offer. This offer is void where prohibited by law.

Additional Terms Applicable to the Package:

A major credit card is required at check-in, and guests are responsible for all incidental charges. This is a prepaid package, charged to your credit card at the time of purchase based on your selected package price, unless otherwise specified. Unless otherwise stated, the package includes room and tax only, subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation. An email confirmation is required upon check-in at the resort. Reservations are subject to room availability and must be booked in advance. Reservations, changes, and cancellations are handled through Marriott Vacation Club and must be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
